The Kam Chung Award Ceremony was held in the first conference hall of the Administration Building of the Kai Fung University. The leaders of Kai Feng University Chen Can, Song Xiaowei, Chu Jianxin, Wan Shiming, Zhao Hui, Cheng Fang, Ma Linqiang and Xie Wenzhong attended the conference. The leaders of functional departments and departments of Kai Feng University, teachers' representatives and graduate representatives attended the conference.

The meeting was presided over by Mr. Chu Jianxin, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the University. The conference was broadcasted live , and nearly 7,000 people watched the conference on the live video platform.

The conference was opened in the grand and passionate national anthem. Mr. Chu Jianxin announced the award of "Kam Chung Model Teacher", "Kam Chung Model Student" and "Kam Chung Scholarship" of Kai Feng University in 2021, and the award of "Outstanding Graduate" of Kai Feng University in 2022. A total of 126 outstanding graduates from colleges in Henan Province, 564 outstanding graduates from Kai Feng University, 562 merit students and 244 outstanding student leaders were commended.

Chairman Dr. Li Kam Chung gave a encouraging speech via the video 

Chen Can, secretary of the Party Committee of Kai Feng University, awarded the certificate of Honor to Kam Chung Model teachers and Kam Chung Model Students in 2021.  School leaders presented certificates of honor to other winning representatives.  Dr Li Kam Chung, chairman of the Board, expressed his warm congratulations to the 2021 Kam Chung Model Teachers, Kam Chung Model students and the winners of the Kam Chung  Scholarship through a video message. He expressed his hope that Kam Chung Scholarship would encourage teachers of Kai Feng University to devote themselves to education career and encourage students to study harder.  Chairman Dr. Lee Kam Chung proposed four suggestions to the students: First, set the new goals in life as soon as possible , be a person with vision of life;  Second, change the way of learning style and be a person with good professional training;  Third, participate actively in sports and campus activities , be an all-round developed person; Four is to learn to cooperate with others, be a person who are easy-going and welcome by others.  “I hope the Kam Chung Scholarship will become the flying wings to help students to soar higher in their dreams. ” says the chairman Li Kam Chung ! 

The graduation ceremony of the class of 2021 and the 2020 Kam Chung Award ceremony of Kai Feng University ended with the school song "Be Bold to Climb to The Highest".
