The 10th National Congress of Returned Overseas Chinese and Relatives was convened in Beijing
Dr. Kamchung Li of the World Hakka Business Association attended the
meeting, seated at the third row of the conference podium. He was elected
unanimously once again as the member of the standing committee of All-China Federation
of Returned Overseas Chinese. This is the greatest honor because he was continuously
elected to be the member of the standing committee of the seventh, eighth,
ninth and tenth to have this title.
